I've always loved Jerry's interpretations of Bob's songs and have felt that the two men shared quite a connection and had a strong mutual understanding of each other's work. Since we've just gone through the 'week of Jerry' (the days between his birthday on August 1 and the anniversary of his passing on August 9th), this topic has been on my mind.
